Inclusion and accessibility Auditing
A bespoke auditing process designed by our team of psychologists, legal expert and interior designer. Each audit shall include a comprehensive anonymous review of the customer experience combined with an extensive interview conducted by one of our experts and a manager of your choice, covering all aspects of your product in line with current legislation and current best practices.
An in-depth Inclusion strategy shall be available to you within an agreed time frame of completed audit, which shall include results of your audit and clear actions and recommendations that shall support your company in striving towards being a leader in inclusion and accessibility in your field.
IBD award is available to organizations that reach 90% compliance on initial audit or follow up inspections of actions/recommendations.
Space consultancy
Our space experts can provide consultation in all areas from website design to check-in and out adaptations, bedroom design to shared area recommendations, sensory room design, to car park and outside space recommendations. All consultations are tailored to the Three Pillars of Accessibility and your needs. For best results we recommend that you have a complete audit which shall identify areas of your business that may benefit from our expertise.
Local Amenities Assessment and Report
One of our experts shall complete a review of local amenities, assessing them for accessibility and inclusion. A full list in booklet form shall be available for you to present to your guests on arrival. Our team are happy to offer this service in a 20km radius of your location.
Disability Awareness Training
We are the providers of training designed by cognitive psychologists, behavioural psychologists and governance and compliance management experts. The team has over 40 years’ experience in both the mental health and disability sector. This unique collaboration of specialists has led to a comprehensive training program that has both clinical, front line and lived experience at its roots, leading to a unique learning experience for your staff.
Training can be provided as a once off event or on a quarterly basis to ensure all your staff, including seasonal and on-boarders, can be captured.
Our team can assist you with accessing 90% grant funding that is available for disability awareness training under the Government Disability Awareness Support Scheme.
Visual aids and Social story design
Visual aids and social stories are designed to assist individuals with additional needs familiarise themselves with and navigate your building. Our in-house photographer shall ensure that your building is well presented in a bound hard covered book that you can present to your guests. These aids shall also be provided in a PDF version so that you may forward to your customers or employees prior to their arrival.
Access Statement, Accessibility Guide and Policy guidance and writing
Our team are experienced statement and policy writers. We can offer you direction or assist you with writing an Access statement/guide and policy. We also can provide you with an easy read version of your documents which can be published on your website.
